Developed to align with the client’s specific operational requirements and regional working conditions, the custom unit delivers a rated working pressure of 2800KG and a consistent flow rate of 45 liters per minute (LPM). Its diesel-driven configuration removes dependency on grid power, making it highly versatile for deployment across remote construction sites, petrochemical facilities, shipyards, and large-scale plant maintenance operations throughout Saudi Arabia.
The active pressure testing program is a core step in Fedjetting’s multi-stage quality assurance framework. On-site engineering teams are executing a full range of performance verifications, including static pressure holding trials, dynamic pressure cycle testing, hydraulic sealing integrity assessments, continuous runtime stability monitoring, and full safety interlock function validation. All tests are executed in strict compliance with international industrial standards and the client’s customized technical specifications, to guarantee stable, long-lasting performance under harsh operating conditions.
